Day 1, OSLO-HARSTAD:
This morning fly north from Oslo to Harstad and check into your hotel of choice. Harstad is situated on Hinnøy, the largest island in Norway and the geographical center of North Norway. This area has been populated since the Iron Age.

Day 2, HARSTAD:
Today offers a 2 hours' roundtrip cruise from Harstad to small villages and fishing hamlets set amid beautiful islands in the archipelago surrounding the city.

Day 3, HARSTAD-SVOLVAER:
After breakfast, your ship departs for Svolvaer and the Lofoten Islands The cruise takes you through some of the most scenic parts of Ofoten and the Lofoten Islands. Ports of call at Risøyhamn, Sortland, Stokmarknes and at last Svolvaer.

Day 4, SVOLVAER:
The island kingdom of Lofoten & Vesterålen are considered one of the most beautiful regions of Norway, located 123 miles north of the Arctic Circle with a population of 3.000 spread out among a myriad of islands. The summer brings the Midnight Sun from the middle of May to the end of July. Svolvær is the "Capital of the Lofoten Islands".

Day 5, SVOLVAER-BODØ:
Today's cruise takes you through more of the Lofoten Islands across the dramatic Vest Fjord to Bodø. The city of Bodø is situated due north of the Arctic Circle, and is the capital of the county of Nordland. Bodø also has a unique natural attraction in Saltstraumen, a maelstrom just south of the city - it is a spectacular sight to see the tide and ebb create the maelstrom of Saltstraumen twice a day.

Day 6, BODØ-OSLO:
After breakfast, fly south to Oslo (or to Bergen, and combine it with fjord tour).
