Day 1, HELSINKI Your hotel is located in the very heart of Helsinki, within walking distance to all major sights. Do not miss the new Opera Building, the Art Museum, the Rock Church and Helsinki Cathedral. Shopping is excellent and the life along the Esplanaden Main Street is pulsating. Hotel: S G D P Day 2, HELSINKI-TURKU This morning pick up the car and drive to Turku, situated at the mouth of the idyllic River Aura. The city was founded in 1229, was the capital of Finland until 1812 and still retains the oldest cultural traditions in Finland. All Passage Tours hotels are centrally located. Hotel S G Day 3, TURKU-NAANTALI-TURKU Today's drive takes you to Naantali, one of the oldest villages in Finland developed round a Birgittine convent founded here in 1443. It is known for its old and picturesque wooden houses while the Finnish presidents reside here in the summertime. Hotel S G Day 4, TURKU-HELSINKI On the way back to Helsinki, take the coastal road along the Baltic Sea to the southernmost tip of Finland, Cape Hanko. Once a fashionable spa among the Russian nobility, it is still Finland's leading sea-side resort with long sandy beaches and the largest yacht harbor in the country. The last leg of the tour takes you along the Gulf of Finland to Helsinki. Drop off the car before checking back into your hotel.
